Delivery and Returns Policy

1. Overview

This Delivery and Returns Policy ("Policy") applies to all products and services purchased from Selwise. As we primarily offer digital products and services, traditional shipping does not apply. Please review this policy carefully.

2. Digital Products and Services

Delivery

  • Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation
  • Account credentials and setup instructions are sent to your registered email address
  • For subscription services, access is provided for the duration of your chosen plan
  • Software downloads are available instantly from your account dashboard

Delivery Issues:

  • If you do not receive access within 15 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder
  • Contact our support team at info@selwise.com if access issues persist
  • Include your order number and payment confirmation in all communications

3. Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
  • Downgrades or upgrades take effect at the next renewal date

4. Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal:

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the contract date.

Refund Policy:

  • Full refunds available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been used
  • Pro-rated refunds may be available if technical issues prevent service use
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except as required by law

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Setup fees and one-time charges
  • Services that have been fully utilized
  • Add-on purchases that have been delivered

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Selwise account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Billing
  3. Click "Request Refund" next to the eligible purchase
  4. Provide a reason for your refund request
  5. Submit your request and await confirmation email

Alternative Method: Send an email to info@selwise.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason for refund request.

6. Plan Changes and Upgrades

While traditional exchanges do not apply to digital services, you may change your subscription plan:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle
  • Plan changes can be made anytime from your account dashboard
  • No fees for changing plans (upgrade/downgrade)

7. Service Failures and Technical Issues

If Selwise services fail to perform as described or technical issues prevent use:

  • Report the issue to our support team immediately
  • We will attempt to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours
  • If unresolved, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund
  • Extended service outages may entitle you to account credits

8. Account Termination

Voluntary Termination:

You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, you will lose access to all services and data.

Involuntary Termination:

Selwise reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
