Selwise fees are set in the written service agreement with you, based on the modules, volumes and term you use. No price list is published on our website.

4.2 Payment

Payment terms and the billing period are set in the service agreement. Overdue payments may lead to service suspension under the terms of that agreement.

4.3 Term and Termination

The term, renewal and termination conditions are set in the service agreement.

4.4 Refunds

Refund conditions, where applicable, are set in the service agreement.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service
• Use the service to spam or harass others

5.2 Content Standards

You are responsible for any content you create using our platform. Content must comply with applicable laws and not infringe on others' rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Selwise platform are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Service Continuity

We take the necessary measures to keep the service running without interruption. Unless a service level commitment is set out in the service agreement, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed and we are not liable for service interruptions.

7.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

9. Integration and Third-Party Services

12. Limitation of Liability

SELWISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selwise from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

15. General Provisions

• These terms apply together with the written service agreement between you and Selwise; where they conflict, the service agreement prevails
• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• You may not transfer or assign these terms without our consent
• We may assign these terms to any successor or affiliate
