Frequently asked questions
The most common questions about Selwise: installation, integrations, measurement and how it works.
A personalization and analytics platform for e-commerce stores: campaigns, product recommendations, onsite search, automation scenarios and measurement in one panel, running on the store’s own data.
Akinon, Ticimax, T-Soft, ikas, IdeaSoft and Shopify. For storefronts not on the list there is a custom integration option that pulls the product feed and events through the API.
The web channel is installed by adding a script tag to the storefront; on ready-integrated platforms cart and page context are read automatically. The mobile app channel is installed with the @selwise/react-native SDK.
Yes. Selwise supports two channel kinds: the storefront (web) and a mobile app. The app channel brings recommendations and campaign surfaces into the app through the React Native SDK.
Selwise is sold in meetings: after a demo request the modules and scope are agreed together, then the account is provisioned and you are invited. There is no self-serve registration or public price list.
Each store lives in its own tenant database, isolated from others. The panel includes a KVKK/GDPR data-request screen, and cookie consent follows the store’s own policy.
Selwise composes the content; the store’s own provider sends it. In mandatory İYS categories consent is re-checked before each send, and the İYS account belongs to the store.
Recommendation strategies run on measurable signals: viewed-together and bought-together products, complete-the-look and similar counts. AI assists campaign design, scenario drafting and complete-the-look rule generation; every output is editable before publishing.
The panel is available in Turkish and English; documentation is Turkish and the blog is Turkish and English. Campaign and message content is written in the store’s own language.
Every order is attributed to at most one owner — the last interaction of the visit it was placed in, or only the clicked product for earlier visits; impressions, interactions, funnels, journeys and search analytics are reported from one ledger. Incremental revenue is measured against a control group.
Yes. Campaigns and recommendations split across experiment arms, and page experiments can test storefront elements. Results are measured and compared on the reporting screens.
Campaign types such as announcement bars, popups and product strips, onsite search settings, the product card and the brand look — each surface chooses which pages it appears on.
